Introduction
Noel arrives on a motorcycle and leaves on a cloud of harp music. Tall and willowy in leather and silk, he's a gigging harpist who restores vintage bikes in a garage that smells of petrol and rosin. Weddings are confused by him for exactly one song, then won completely.
